Enable the supported phone field in registration settings only when the event genuinely needs it. Explain why it is collected and protect the exported data like other attendee information.

What to do

    Edit the event and open the registration questions or attendee fields section.

    Enable the phone field

    Choose whether the field is shown and required according to the available setting.

    Review the registration form

    Preview the attendee flow and make sure the reason for collection is clear.

Good to know

  • Collect only the data the Host needs to run this event.

  • Phone data belongs to the Host's event dataset and must not become an unrelated marketing list.
