Use this page when data leaves the product

Exporting attendee data creates a file outside HereNow. That file can be helpful for check-in, operations, or records, but it also creates responsibility.

Deletion is different from export. It may affect event records, attendee communication, receipts, compliance, or support history. Ask support when you are unsure.

Handle export or deletion safely

Decide why you need the data

Export only when there is a real operational reason, such as check-in, backup, reconciliation, or host records.

Download from the event management area

Use the available attendee export action for the specific event. Avoid mixing data from unrelated events.

Limit file access

Share exports only with people who need the data to run the event.

Clean up old files

After the event, delete local copies or shared files that are no longer needed.

For deletion questions, include the account email, event link or slug, what data is involved, and who is making the request.

Can I delete an exported file from HereNow?

HereNow cannot delete copies you downloaded or shared elsewhere. You need to remove local and shared copies yourself.
