These terms define the responsibilities of HereNow, curators, and attendees.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of HereNow.events and related services.
By using HereNow, creating an account, publishing an event, or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.
If you use HereNow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Who may use HereNow
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use HereNow.
You may not use HereNow if you are barred from using the service under applicable law.
HereNow is not intended for children under 13.
3. Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping account access secure.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Curator responsibilities
Curators are responsible for event accuracy, attendee communications, venue readiness, safety planning, legal compliance, and any required permissions.
Curators must not publish misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, illegal, or harmful events.
Curators must respect attendee privacy and use registration data only for the event relationship and related communications.
Curators are responsible for exports, deletions, refunds, cancellations, or other operational duties that apply to their events.
5. Attendee responsibilities
Attendees are responsible for reviewing event details before registering or attending.
Attendees must provide accurate registration information and follow reasonable event rules set by the curator.
Attendees should contact the curator or HereNow if an event appears unsafe, misleading, or abusive.
6. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit to HereNow, such as event descriptions, images, prompts, recaps, and profile information.
You grant HereNow a limited license to host, display, process, copy, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to publish content you submit.
We may remove content that violates these terms, creates risk, infringes rights, or harms the platform or its users.
7. AI-generated content
HereNow may provide AI-generated drafts, edits, summaries, themes, and suggestions.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving it before publishing.
You should not submit sensitive personal information, payment information, government IDs, confidential third-party material, or illegal content into AI prompts.
8. Payments and paid events
HereNow currently focuses on free event creation during early access.
If paid ticketing is introduced, additional payment processor terms, refund rules, tax rules, and fee disclosures may apply.
Any future paid features may be subject to separate plan terms shown at the time of purchase.
9. Safety and prohibited use
You may not use HereNow for scams, spam, harassment, hate, exploitation, illegal activity, doxxing, malware, unauthorized scraping, or activity that threatens safety.
You may not interfere with HereNow systems, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, or misuse APIs.
We may suspend or remove accounts, events, registrations, or content when needed to protect users or the platform.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
Curators must handle attendee data responsibly and comply with privacy laws that apply to their events.
11. Disclaimers
HereNow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
We do not guarantee that every event will be safe, successful, available, accurate, or suitable for any attendee.
Curators and attendees are responsible for their own offline actions, communications, and decisions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HereNow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid HereNow in the prior three months or 100 USD.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
You may stop using HereNow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates risk.
