HereNow.events is an AI event platform for independent Hosts running recurring small events. It helps you turn rough details into a public event page, manage RSVPs or tickets, and keep the work that can make the next edition easier.
Can I sell tickets?
Yes. Pro includes paid ticketing with Stripe Connect, payment collection, payout setup, revenue reporting, and paid-event exports.
What are the fees?
Free events are $0. Pro is $29/month, plus a 5% + $0.30 platform fee on paid tickets. Payment processing is included, with no charges on free events.
Can I run free events?
Yes. Free event pages and guest RSVPs stay free, so you can run salons, meetups, clubs, workshops, and community events without upgrading.
Can I move existing event details from another tool?
You can paste an existing public event link and use it as source material for a new editable HereNow draft. Contact and attendee imports are not automatic; attendee data should only move with the right permission.
Can I limit capacity or review signups?
Yes. HereNow supports capacity limits, waitlists, registration management, custom questions, and approval workflows for events that need more control.
Who owns attendee data?
Registration data collected for an event belongs to the host managing that event. HereNow is designed around exportability, guest privacy, and avoiding unrelated platform marketing to event attendees.
Can I export attendee data?
Yes. Hosts can export attendee and registration data for event operations. Pro workflows can add order, ticket, and revenue exports for paid events.
Do guests need a HereNow account?
No. Guests can RSVP without creating a HereNow account. Account creation is optional and should never block basic registration.
Can I check people in at the event?
Yes. The registration management view supports attendee status, check-in workflows, and guest-list operations for the day of the event.
