What to include

A little context helps us move faster.

You do not need a perfect support ticket. Send what you know and we will take it from there.

  • Your name and email address
  • The event URL or account email, if relevant
  • A short description of what happened
  • Screenshots or error messages, if useful
  • For privacy requests, the specific data action you want

Bug reports

Include the page URL, browser, and what you expected to happen.

Safety reports

Include the event link and why it may be unsafe or misleading.

Privacy requests

Include the account or registration email connected to the request.
