Hosts or attendees who cannot access the account or event management area they expect.
I cannot sign in or I cannot find the account that owns my event.
Start with the account that owns the event
Many access issues come from using the wrong email, signing in with a different provider, or switching between personal and team accounts.
If you are trying to edit an event, export attendees, connect Stripe, or publish a page, make sure you are signed in as the host or team member with permission.
Troubleshoot sign-in
Check the email
Use the email address that created the event, registered for the event, or received the relevant HereNow message.
Try the same sign-in method
If you previously used Google, Apple, or another provider, use that same method again when possible.
Check account switching
If you land in an empty dashboard, you may be signed into a different account than the one that owns the event.
Use reset only when relevant
Password reset helps password-based accounts. It may not apply to provider-based sign-in such as Google or Apple.
Contact support if ownership is unclear
Send the event URL, account email you expected, screenshot, sign-in method, and what you were trying to do.
Safe support handoff
Account email you expected to use.
Event URL or event slug.
Sign-in method you tried.
Screenshot of the error or empty state.
Browser and approximate time.
No passwords, magic links, or private tokens.
FAQ
Why is my dashboard empty after sign-in?
You may be signed into a different account, or the event may belong to an organization or another host account.
Can support move an event to another account?
Contact support with the event URL and account context. Ownership changes need careful verification.
Should I send my magic link to support?
No. Magic links and sign-in secrets should stay private.
