Use the Email preferences or unsubscribe link in a HereNow email. The private token in that link loads the preferences for its recipient.

Choose optional email types
Turn supported reminder, recap, review, or Host-update categories on or off.

Save the changes
Confirm the update. Future optional messages use the latest saved preference.
Good to know
Email preferences apply to the recipient, not to every attendee in a Host's event.
Registration receipts, security messages, and other essential service emails are handled separately.
