What to do
- 1
Complete registration
HereNow sends the relevant confirmation or ticket message after a successful RSVP or paid checkout.
- 2
Watch for event changes
Reminder, waitlist, approval, cancellation, and recap messages are sent only when the matching workflow runs.
- 3
Use the event page as the source of truth
Open the event page again if an email is delayed or if event details may have changed.
Good to know
An email address collected for one Host's event is not a general HereNow marketing subscription.
Delivery can be affected by spam filters, bounced addresses, and the recipient's optional email preferences.
