Check visibility and sharing

  1. 1

    Confirm the event is published

Open the event in your dashboard and check whether it is still a draft or already published.

  2. 2

    Copy the public link again

Use the product's share or public page action instead of copying an editor URL from the browser bar.

  3. 3

    Check visibility setting

Public pages are meant for broad sharing. Unlisted pages may work only for people with the exact link.

  4. 4

    Test while logged out

Open the link in a private window to see whether an attendee can access it.

  5. 5

    Share the exact link

If you posted the wrong link in a community or email, update the post with the corrected public URL.

FAQ

Why can I see the page but attendees cannot?

You may be seeing a host-only view. Test the public link while logged out.

Is unlisted the same as private?

No. Unlisted usually means people need the link. Do not put sensitive information on an unlisted page unless it is safe for link recipients.

What should I send support?

Send the exact URL, event title, visibility setting, what you expected, and what attendees see.
