Understand a pending registration approval

A pending registration means the Host must review the request before it becomes confirmed. It is not a ticket or guaranteed place until the status changes.

What to do

    Check the current status

    Open My events or the event confirmation page and look for Pending approval.

  2. 2

    Wait for the Host's decision

    The Host reviews the registration according to the event's stated requirements and capacity.

  3. 3

    Read the update

    When the status changes, use the latest HereNow page or message to confirm whether you are approved, declined, or waitlisted.

Good to know

  • Do not travel to a limited event while the registration still shows pending unless the Host tells you to.

  • HereNow support cannot override a Host's approval decision.
