Open Host profiles
Go to Settings and open the Host profiles section.

Choose or create a profile
Update the shared profile details and review who should have access.

Use the right access level
Manage profile membership here; add event-only collaborators from the event management page.
Good to know
The product UI calls these shared identities Host profiles, even when they are backed by an organization record.
Remove access promptly when someone no longer works with the Host.
