Edit and export an event poster

Use the event poster editor to adjust the supported text, layout, and visual choices, then export the finished version. Recheck the exported file before publishing it elsewhere.

What to do

    Open the poster project

    From the event's poster or promotion page, open the poster you want to edit.

  2. 2

    Make focused changes

    Adjust the supported layout and content without introducing facts that differ from the event page.

  3. 3

    Export and inspect

    Use Export, open the generated file at full size, and check readability, cropping, and event details.

Good to know

  • The poster studio requires the primary Host logo before export; upload it there if prompted.

  • Keep a new export when the date, venue, price, or event link changes.

  • The exported asset may be cached by social platforms after it is shared.
