What to do
- 1
Open the agenda section
Edit the event and expand Agenda or Schedule.
- 2
Add useful milestones
Enter the time and a short label for arrival, sessions, breaks, activities, or closing.
- 3
Check the full timeline
Make sure agenda times fit the event start, end, timezone, and any venue constraints.
Good to know
Keep the agenda as detailed as attendees need; internal staffing notes belong elsewhere.
