Submit a completed event to the HereNow case library. We turn clear, permission-safe Host stories into practical inspiration and send interested readers back to the people who made them happen.
The event must have ended, must not be a draft or cancelled event, and must belong to the signed-in Host or an organization they manage. A public Host profile link is required so credit has somewhere useful to lead.
The event really happened and has ended.

Open the event in Host Center and use Submit to the event case library. Draft, cancelled, or still-running events cannot be submitted.
A HereNow editor checks completeness, image permission, clarity, safety, and usefulness within 7 business days.
The event page shows In review, Included, or Not accepted. A not-accepted decision includes a reason and can be revised and resubmitted.
An included submission becomes a public case page with your organizer name and a direct link to your public Host profile.
A permanent, shareable case page with event photos, attendance and format details, your lessons, organizer identity, and a direct Host profile link. Included cases can also appear in HereNow resource discovery.
Submission does not guarantee publication. HereNow may edit for clarity and safety, decline material that cannot be verified or safely illustrated, and remove a case if rights or facts later change.
